When Can You Request a Refund?

Refund requests are accepted when one of the following applies:

Your report is missing key sections or data fields listed as included in your plan.

A system or processing error on our end caused a failure in delivering or generating your report.

πŸ“¬ Non-Delivery

You did not receive your report via email within 8 hours of your confirmed purchase.

⚠️ Refunds are not issued simply because the vehicle history was unfavorable or because you changed your mind after purchase. Digital reports are considered delivered once sent to your email.
