We stand behind every report we deliver. If something isn't right, we make it right. Last updated: February 2026.
If your report contains an error or we made a mistake on our end, you are protected. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll review your case promptly.
When Can You Request a Refund?
Refund requests are accepted when one of the following applies:
The vehicle data in your report does not match the VIN or registration number you provided.
Your report is missing key sections or data fields listed as included in your plan.
A system or processing error on our end caused a failure in delivering or generating your report.
You did not receive your report via email within 8 hours of your confirmed purchase.
β οΈ Refunds are not issued simply because the vehicle history was unfavorable or because you changed your mind after purchase. Digital reports are considered delivered once sent to your email.
How to Request a Refund
Send your request to info@ridesaudit.ca with the subject: "Refund Request β [Your Order Number]"
Order number, email used at checkout, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting screenshots.
Our team reviews all complaints within 5β7 business days.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 7β14 business days.

Terms Acceptance
By placing an order on Rides Audit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy in full. Rides Audit reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
Payment Processor & Bank Statement
All payments on Rides Audit are processed securely through our authorised payment processor. When you complete a purchase, the following name will appear on your bank or credit card statement:
