How do I request a refund?
Email us at info@ridesaudit.ca with your order number and a description of the issue. We review all valid complaints within 5–7 business days. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Can I get a report for any vehicle?
Yes. We cover cars, motorcycles, trucks, boats, jet skis, ATVs, RVs, snowmobiles and trailers. We support Canadian-registered vehicles and vehicles imported from the US, UK, Australia, and New Zealand.
How long does a report take?
Reports are delivered to your email within 4–8 hours of your confirmed purchase.
Are prices in Canadian dollars?
Yes. All prices are in CAD and you will be charged in Canadian dollars at checkout.
