Rides Audit is a one-time purchase service. No subscriptions, no account creation, no recurring charges. You pay once, you get your report.

1. About These Terms

Rides Audit provides vehicle history reports for cars, motorcycles, trucks, and boats via ridesaudit.ca. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and purchase of any report from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

2. How Our Service Works

Rides Audit operates on a simple one-time payment model:

1. Choose your vehicle type and report plan — Basic, Standard, or Premium.
2. Pay securely online in CAD. No subscriptions, no recurring charges, no account required.
3. Your report is delivered to your email within 4–8 hours as a downloadable PDF.
4. Your report is for personal use only — it may not be resold or redistributed.

3. Acceptable Use

By purchasing a report, you agree to use it only for lawful, personal purposes. You must not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share your report for commercial gain
• Use the report to make fraudulent or misleading claims about a vehicle
• Attempt to access, copy, or reproduce our database or report systems without authorization
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers on our website
• Submit false information (such as an incorrect VIN or email address) when placing an order

4. Payments & Pricing

All prices are displayed in CAD. By completing a purchase you agree to the following:

• You are charged once per report. No subscriptions or automatic renewals.
• All payments are processed through our secure checkout with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• A confirmation email will be sent to the address you provide at checkout.
• If your payment fails, no report will be generated or sent.

5. Report Delivery & Accuracy

Reports are delivered to your email address within 4–8 hours of confirmed payment. Check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive it.

Our reports are compiled from trusted third-party vehicle data sources. While we strive for accuracy, Rides Audit cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions in the underlying data records provided by those sources.

6. Privacy & Data Use

• We collect your name, email, and payment details solely to fulfill your order.
• We do not sell your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.
• Payment information is processed securely and is never stored on our servers.
• We may share limited data with law enforcement or regulatory authorities if required by law.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on Rides Audit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Rides Audit reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after amendments constitutes your acceptance.
