1. About these terms

RidesAudit provides vehicle history reports for cars, motorcycles, trucks, boats and six other vehicle categories via ridesaudit.ca. These terms govern your use of the site and any report purchase. Placing an order means you've read and agree to them.

2. How the service works

1. Choose your vehicle.Select the correct vehicle category and submit an accurate VIN or HIN.
2. Pay once, in CAD.Secure checkout. No subscription, no recurring charge, no account required.
3. Receive your report.Delivered to the email address you provide, subject to the current estimate and source availability stated during ordering.
4. Personal use only.Your report is for your own decision-making. It may not be resold or redistributed.

3. Acceptable use

By purchasing a report, you agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or share your report for commercial gain
• Use a report to make fraudulent or misleading claims about a vehicle
• Attempt to access, copy, or reproduce our systems without authorization
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers on the site
• Submit false information (an incorrect VIN/HIN, or a false email) when ordering

4. Payments & pricing

All prices are shown in CAD. By completing a purchase you agree that:

• You're charged once per report. No subscriptions or automatic renewals.
• Payments are processed through our secure checkout with SSL encryption.
• Your card statement will show a descriptor identifying RidesAudit — see the Refund Policy for the exact text.
• A confirmation email is sent to the address you provide at checkout.
• If payment fails, no report is generated or sent.

5. Report delivery & accuracy

Reports are delivered by email within the window stated for your plan. Check your spam or junk folder if it hasn't arrived by then.

Reports are compiled from the named sources listed on each report page. We work to represent that data accurately, but RidesAudit cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions that originate in the underlying source records themselves — only for errors in how we compiled them.

6. Privacy & data use

• We collect your name, email and payment details solely to fulfill your order.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing.
• Payment information is processed securely and is never stored on our servers.
• We may share limited data with law enforcement or regulators if legally required to.

7. Acceptance of terms

Placing an order confirms you've read, understood and agree to these terms. RidesAudit may amend these terms; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the update.
