Information we collect
When you order a report, we collect your name, delivery email, province or territory, selected vehicle category, and the VIN or HIN you submit. WordPress also records operational information needed to prevent abuse and maintain the service.
How it is used
We use order details to validate the request, prepare and deliver the report, provide support, prevent fraud, meet accounting obligations, and resolve payment or refund questions.
Payments
Checkout is provided by Whop. Payment-card details are entered in Whop’s secure checkout and do not pass through RidesAudit or the WordPress database. Whop sends signed payment status notifications containing transaction references used to update your order.
Sharing and retention
Information is shared only with service providers needed for checkout, record research, email delivery, hosting, security, and legal compliance. Order records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for fulfilment, support, fraud prevention, tax, and legal requirements.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of eligible personal information by emailing info@ridesaudit.ca. Some transaction records may need to be retained where required by law.
